Who handles Repartico deliveries?
Within Costa Rica’s Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM), deliveries are handled by our own employees and operations, without outsourcing delivery. Outside the GAM, deliveries are handled through Correos de Costa Rica.
How is my business rate adjusted?
We review how many shipments you make and how close the delivery points are to each other. We use that volume and density to prepare a rate for your operation. Share your areas and frequency in the quote form.
How do I start shipping with Repartico?
Complete the form with your volume, frequency and delivery areas so we can prepare a business proposal. You can also visit portal.repartico.com to manage individual shipments.
What can I do in the portal?
You can create individual shipments, upload routes, request dedicated transport and generate shipping links. You can also manage customers and packages, track deliveries, review metrics and view billing. Available modes and options depend on your account configuration.
Can I connect my store or system to Repartico?
Yes. Repartico’s API lets you get quotes, create and retrieve shipments, and integrate tracking from your online store or business system. You can activate the service and manage keys in the Portal. Capabilities and limits depend on your plan; our team can help you choose one.
When will my customer receive the package?
Within the GAM, we deliver on the day you request the shipment. Outside the GAM, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days through Correos de Costa Rica. Pickup and coverage details are confirmed when you register or arrange the shipment.
How much does it cost to send a package?
Send small packages from ₡2,100 within the GAM. We deliver to the rest of the country through Correos de Costa Rica at the same base price. Rates are adjusted according to shipment volume and density. Other package sizes and dedicated transport are quoted according to their requirements.
Can I collect payment on delivery?
Yes. We offer payment on delivery so your customer can pay when receiving their order.
